The problem seems to be that Arday didn't teach the course material as it had been structured by his predecessor and set out in his/her PowerPoint slides. Apparently, he left the official contents unchanged, but instead of teaching it using the material, he rambled about whatever came into his head.

Problem z transkrypcją małżeństw 1p powyroku TSUE wynika z braku ustawy zmieniającej elementy w różnych innych ustawach. Nie będzie takiej ustawy, bo prezydentem został Nawrocki a nie Trzaskowski. Wygrał Nawrocki, bo m.in. razemki w kampanii atakowali Trzaska, a nie Nawrockiego. Nawrocki nie stracił
