Every trans person in Britain could be dead and it wouldn't lower the cost of living a penny. You could deport everyone less white than a hotel bedsheet and you still wouldn't be able to afford a house. Banning abortion didn't lower the price of gas in Texas.

It's a little bit too simplistic to say "the only solution to the world's problems is ending transphobia," but "ending bigotry" is a better phrasing because if you can be induced to vote for right-wingers because you're scared of immigrants/transes/mouthy women, your actual problems will continue.
