This isn’t even getting into the 2 tiered pay scale. The abuses of the CCA program for nearly a decade and a management structure that seeks to demonize / penalize the carrier craft at every turn. I won’t mince words, the NALC has failed all of us hired after 2013. 1.3% = a slap in the face. #USPS
