on the otherhand I went from that hr of "training" to a meeting with my boss, grandboss, and counterpart, and like 75%+ of it was gboss being like U GUYS ARE SO GOOD AT YR JOB. THANK U. LOVE YR WORK. while boss was full parent-of-only kids-not-openly-eating-glue.jpeg so. swings & roundabouts.
