I agree. One of the things that was simultaneously disheartening but encouraging was that mandated education in the early years of the @racsurgeons.bsky.social Operate With Respect project made the estimated prevalence go *up*- because more people recognised it for what it was.

This is timely as the working group for the 10-year update of @racsurgeons.bsky.social Operate With Respect gets under way. If we talk about #TheStandardWeWalkPast we also need to look at what forces people to 'walk past'. Where's the #PsychologicalSafety- and ACTUAL safety- to speak up? 🤔
