Americans pride ourselves on our innovation, our economy, our institutions. But now our leaders are arrogant, selfish, ignorant, narcissists. Suddenly, we’re helpless to solve school shootings, climate change, a massive wealth gap, affordable healthcare. We could find a way; we don’t have the will.
