Wiles has run the Office of the President better than Trump could ever have hoped for. Her skillset is known, understood, and essential. What her rumored replacements have in common is that they are men who are willing to betray their country for Trump. I don't think it more complicated than that.

This is heartbreaking. Kids are being killed in class. And it's been 13 years since the Sandy Hook shooting. It's way past time for Congress to pass gun safety reforms. My heart goes out to every family suffering with a loss tonight. Our kids deserve better.
