One of my new "Fuck it" meals is I buy a couple boxes of dried scalloped potatoes with the seasoning packet and make a soup out of them with some milk or cream and an onion and maybe some carrots or something. Goes well with the usual potato soup stuff. I love those chewy little pucks.

Sort of feels like this is all coming to a head. Every conversation I had yesterday was about AI in some way. I’m sitting in my physio’s waiting room listening to him discussing it with the patient before me. Can’t avoid it!
