Show PostSilent treatment is abuse. Full stop. Any time you intentionally ignore someone to punish or attempt to change their behavior when they are reaching out to you for connection, it is abuse. If your "friend" or partner thinks it's ok to do, you're in an abusive relationship and you need to get out.
