(spoilers) i do like the conversations elita has with jazz. that stuff's good. i want more like that. but then they just montage through the bots trouncing the cons on cybertron, and elita has one matrix vision of sparkplug and is like "FUCK i was wrong earth is important, jazz go back to optimus"

kirkman transformers #37 is... better? maybe? at least makes a couple decisions feel more justified. but it's still moving through storylines too fast, and throwing lots of character cameos and images from both past cartoons and DWJ's run at you haphazardly without it feeling completely earned
