I think there are much more valid avenues to criticize official Touhou works like the usage and applications of AI, clunky writing especially in FDS and a somewhat of a careless approach to quality assurance. I say all this not of spite but because I want the series to be the best it can be.

As much as I love Touhou, I will fully admit that some of its creative decisions are quite flawed. ZUN is not a perfect creator by any means and for as much as he's improved in some areas, others I still think he falters. I'm not super mad about them though bc of how I interact with the series.
