Yes, yes, yes! When Ricky became partially paralyzed (but we worked with an excellent holistic vet and he was able to walk again). I cried the first time he was able to run to me. I cried when we lost him. I cried when we lost Lucy. I cried when we lost Sadie. I still cry sometimes at my loses.
