The Sage acts without action & teaches without talking. All things flourish around him and he does not refuse any one of them. He gives but not to receive. He works but not for reward. He completes but not for results. He does nothing for himself in this passing world so nothing he does ever passes.

I feel it's okay believing in yourself enough to say that you are good at what you do, but it's a healthy mindset to recognize that there are always others who are better in certain areas. That is a good thing! These are the people you can learn from! You just need to make sure you listen to them.
