I’s so sorry you’re dealing with that. I gave up with them. My dad’s bank account was closed & he lived in a housing association house so they could continue wasting their resources billing, harassing & threatening a dead man while I got on with grieving 300 miles away. It was so needlessly nasty.

Started physical therapy yesterday to recover from an ankle fracture. Doctor shocked I wore the boot/brace as instructed. Doing PT and it feels great? @naomialderman.bsky.social, paraphrased: Apparently drinking water and getting enough sleep is also good for you. It's all very annoying.

It's best when they have a dedicated help line, with real people trained and supported to help you. Some call centre workers are the most helpful people I've ever spoken to. Crying and all.
