Was supposed to be shooting my shot at a race today wearing these Mudgear socks (which are amazing!). My adductor had other ideas and shut down my running a few weeks ago. I'm able to bike including today's 21-miler w/ 8 sets of 2 minutes hard. Keep showing up. Rest, heal and recover. Dream big.
