if they had an air force and announced they were going to be bombing the area and did that before rolling in tanks that'd be "humane" the entire area is so heavily militarized you really can't separate civilian and military infrastructure we're talking about an area with solar powered auto turrets

the festival was several miles away from gaza and directly between gaza and the west bank setting aside how depraved it is to hold a rave in view of a concentration camp, i don't see how it's any different than other militaries establishing control of an area during an offensive
