Show PostIf you're a trans woman (Or any woman tbh) I cannot recommend working out enough. I went from flat as a board to having a giant ass. Lots of benefits to lifting for women, even if you're not interested in bulking up. Like damn, the transverse abdominis is a natural corset? Dope.
