One correction: Minerva Zen can’t be carrying 300,000 tons. Its capacity is only ~53,000 tons; reports put this cargo at ~280,000 barrels, about 38,000 tons. The remarkable part remains: it left St. Petersburg Sept. 22, 17 days before Trump announced the deal.
