The thing is, I’ve been to the gym a few afternoons and it’s always overwhelming. I can never run in peace and silence. Someone always comes and turns on the TV or the light. But now, my workload is limiting my training load, unless I become a caffeine addict. 😮‍💨

Another day, skipping the gym, because a project expects me to burn the candle at both ends, and my mind is toast before the next meeting. I may have to start working out during the afternoon and split my day that way during these crunch periods, because this isn’t sustainable.

Spoke too soon. Scalp flared up again. Probably because of getting off that other med, and partially because l’ve been picking to distract myself from this off bite of mine. I woke up feeling ok, but it’s day’s end, and I’m out of sorts. What a mess.
