So what will happen to their MMO? Last I heard, SWTOR still had players and regular (if infrequent) updates. There were some pretty good stories in that game.

BioWare was never same after the doctors left, but they did do a few fun and interesting things in that time. I guess it's just sad to see such a legendary RPG dev studio be so mistreated and mismanaged for so long.

It really cannot be overstated just how much BioWare impacted the rest of video games, and RPGs in particular. Before the acquisition and under the ownership of the BioWare doctors, they managed to have two equally distinct and equally influential golden eras. It was truly incredible.

My wild theory for this game was that it's revealed partway through that our reaper-trilogy Shepard really is gone. In this game you've actually been playing as Legion who fully re-invented itself in Shepard's image following his/her loss. Hence this old promo artwork
