Allowing me space to heal from trauma means understanding that I am on a pause socially, and relationally. I need to reconnect with my sister, and past friends, all while healing alongside my husband. I only have so many spoons to heal, and I need to focus on those.

You positioned me against all my friends. You used me as a flying monkey and constantly isolated me. And then you tried to turn us all against eachother at the end when we had all the context and all the evidence with eachother. You abused and isolated me for years. I hate you

I'm absolutely so glad that we removed your abusive, and manipulative ass from our lives. You diminished my SH crisis and told me during it that I was a BURDEN. Then I did anything to please you because I was scared. You systematically destroyed my confidence and relationships
