The only time Christians are persecuted now is when they ACTUALLY do Christlike things. Feeding the poor, caring for the sick and setting the prisoners free aren’t exactly things that capitalism incentivizes.

there are two types of male groupchats. they either have a name like “BONER BOYS RES[ERECT]ED: HORNY 4 LIFE, 2 CAKED UP 2 DIE” but everyone’s just encouraging each other on breakups and to try therapy. the other will be named something like “gary chat” and filled with domestic terrorists

From the ic3 dot gov website: "The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is the central hub for reporting cyber-enabled crime. It is run by the FBI, the lead federal agency for investigating crime." Maybe you wouldn't refer to them as the FBI but I think you could see why one would.

I just wish more people could remember any history. W.E.B. Du Bois became more radical/confrontational over time even though he started from a compromise/respectability position. There are many other cases just like this throughout movement history.
