an air purifier is probably a good idea regardless of the cause! I don't think it's pollen in my case though bc i feel like it's a little better whenever I'm outside 😅 like the last two days on my hike it really eased up 🙈 as soon as I was back down on the train it was blocked again tho lol 😭
