I spent so long masking that I don't know anything about myself. I thought I was an introvert. But yo. I am NOT an introvert. I'm an extrovert! I always have been! But deep down, I knew I was bipolar or SOMETHING. And it was easier to self isolate. No one can judge you but you when you're alone.
