Whose “grow grow grow big big big” ethos is so myopic and divorced from the reality of farming (b/c it was written by Darren Bakst, an attorney who Forrest Gumped his way into ag policy by accident) that it ends up preventing farmers from doing exactly that, while also costing taxpayers more money.
