Obviously there wasn’t a ton to like, BUT the problems are so glaringly clear they should be easily addressed (and note I use “addressed” over “fixed”). POA defense and rim protection, IMO.

Would like to think they had a different approach but my gut tells me that other than Tolle, Gray and Chapman they just exploited bad pitching.

Devils' fans should be excited about the prospects of the team for this season. If this team is not being successful, injuries could be a factor, sub-par goaltending could be a factor, or Keefe's relationship with his players. We will see. Rookies report this Friday! #NJDevils

great article, thank you - for Sean Marks to send this team into the season with zero rim protection beyond Day'Ron is inexcusable IMO On the bright side, I think we'll see improvement from Demin, Saraf and Wolf; and I'm really hoping they convert Cheney's contract #Nets

Moves we may see Sunny Mehta make before opening day... Noesen is traded away, perhaps Dillon or Siegenthaler also get traded away. Mercer and another asset could be part of a big trade. Re-sign Vilen. #NJDevils
