Well it’s third month smoke free! It’s been a struggle however I am and will continue to hold fast on my commitment better my health and life choices!

Have you ever noticed that the individuals with this “right of entitlement “ are the same people who benefit the most in society, the very same individuals who want all our “social justice programs and protections cut? Just one person humble opinion.

Almost 7 months smoke free, even got 15 pounds dropped. The nicotine addiction hook is always there and it can have a strong hold, however staying away and keeping active does certainly help. Be safe and be kind, it cost nothing and you never know what the other person is facing!!!!

Well, officially 4 months smoke free! It’s a challenge however committed to a healthy lifestyle. Now , the next challenge, get in better shape! I know round is a shape however not a shape I prefer! 😂 😂 😂
