These stories are horrifying not only because it happened but the effects it has on people’s decisions to be organ donors. My sister in law was given 30 more years of life due to organ donation and so many people die waiting for organs.

Every 1000 posts I offer the information that a kidney donation is the only cure for kidney disease. It is easy to sign an organ donor card, and if you want an adventure, you can be a living kidney donor. That is what I did in spring of 2024. I did a 60 km bike ride 17 days after the surgery.🙂
