My MCAS has been extra reactive and I’ve been unable to eat much, and also haven’t managed to take my full regimen of pills every day. It’s catching up with me. I can’t sit up w/o vertigo. This used to happen frequently but hasn’t in a long time. Apparently these supplements actually work #LongCovid

You are too kind, Meighan! I don't even feel like I have a choice in this – I am deeply moved to do these small things that have the potential to help so many of us who are struggling. I just wish there were more opportunities for more of us to do the same.
