Genuine and true friends are people who are capable of having a heart and understand when you need space because health is important, mental health is no exception. If your friends can't respect you enough to give you that space or respond by leaving you or blocking you. Then they aren't worth it. 💚
Show PostDue to my personality, nature, and partially due to my autism and ADHD I have a harder time not just knowing when to let go of people who have hurt me many times over. I'm tired of being hurt, belittled, talked about behind my back, treated like dirt. I'm fighting back by knowing what's best for me.
