I've seen some people incorporate their moles into tattoo designs in deliberate ways, but I haven't chosen to do that. Some of the designs are adapted once they're stencilled on, to avoid moles, but where that's not as easy to do I'm happy with just keeping a clear border around them within the art.

Maybe "ancestors" is not strictly accurate and he means his extended family but I'm not really into the Mail policing Jewish families with reference to a period when the paper was explicitly pro-Nazi. If I were them I'd steer clear of the 1930s.
