A bit of an aside, but this needle is ridiculous. That looks like a 3.5" 18-20g needle with a large bore syringe putting like 30mL into someone's deltoid (or more likely, through their delt). Media images of ridiculously oversized needles on vaccine articles are a form of subtle fear mongering.
