This is incredibly important. People with personality disorders can cause a lot of harm to the people around them. Recognising the signs & knowing what to do to protect ourselves are vital life skills. I speak from experience — 2 of the worst years of my life involved getting clear of a narcissist.

On my way to @autscape.org, I’m in England for the first time in 6 years. Not quite the lawless dystopia I was led to expect. Much more traffic than Wales & more aggressive driving. Loads of Teslas — they’re as rare as hen’s teeth back home.

I had the same suspicion. The sad fact is unless it's an established reputable charity, you just can't trust anything or anyone these days. You even have to do your homework on established charities.
