Video from the scene shows NYPD rush to a man who’s surrounded by ICE agents and carry him into an unmarked SUV. Video also shows ICE agent Brendan Cuni carrying a rifle and wearing a work vest. Witnesses say Cuni shot him. Cuni, who’s from NYC, is known for dragging a pregnant woman in MSP.

After ICE agents shot a man in the Bronx today, a call is circulating for people to mobilize to the hospital where the man was taken. Per NYPD an hour ago, “The individual who was shot…is currently conscious and receiving medical attention.”
