Now see, that’s an entirely different precedent! In “State of Ohio vs Nathan’s” (2009), a hot dog was legally classified in the same category as tacos! Therefore “In re Hot Dogs” cannot be used in this case!

A burger is a sandwich, and the inalienable right to drive a sandwich cannot be done away by legislation. I believe this was settled by the 2018 case of "In re Hot Dogs."
