An AG complaint is not a verdict. Paying pharmacies less for a fill is often the plan getting the rate it bargained. That is the job. It is not automatically a price-fixing confession.

Tighter PBM contract rules can be a fair ask. That is still a plan hiring scale to push the start price down, not proof the bargainer invented the sticker. Oversight of the terms is not the same as throwing the model out.

Voting yes is the easy part. A walkout still shuts advising, labs, and IT on the people who did not get a ballot. That disruption is the point of a strike, not an accident.

A new flu shot at CVS is inventory, not a rule you have to take it. Staff do not get a bonus for talking you into a needle. The shot pulls the pharmacist off the check window. You can say no and still pick up the bag.

The sterility problem is the manufacturer’s. CVS pulled the lots after the maker flagged them. That is extra work for the store, not proof the bench contaminated the drops. Blame the plant. Do not dump it on staff running the recall.
