Not missing out on tens of millions of dollars in tax revenue because we can simply buy wine produced domestically, in B.C., Ontario or Quebec. There’s also wine from other countries, countries that haven’t threatened to annex Canada.
Show Posti’m surprised a U.S. senator doesn‘t understand how shopping in a store works - I didn’t stop buying wine because I can’t purchase U.S. wine - I just stopped buying *U.S.* wine. Our stores still stock alcohol from around the world. The government still gets my tax dollars either way lol.

Show PostI have enjoyed many bottles of wine since this consumer led boycott began, plenty of taxes paid on the Italian, Australian, Canadian wines that I enjoy. Fix your own damn country, keep your promises and stop meddling in world affairs while whining about how the rest of us aren’t being nice.
