That's as logical as comforting the terroristic bankrobbers with half a mile buffer zone around the bank building they continue to devastate. Who would suggest that? The only useful zone lies 100-300 km S, SE, E, NE, N towards ruZZiania, i.e. restauration of occupied Ukrainian territory.
