Getting back into cycling has really reminded me that in another less transphobic universe I'd probably have been a track cyclist. Like amateur ranks but I've been back on the bike a month and I got a power meter and I'm shredding sprints when my shin still gets a dull ache climbing stairs.

Yeah I previously stopped cycling for a bunch of years after being hit by a car. Crashes are really hard to integrate dealing with.
