Evgen Istrebin reports that recent prices to ship Russian oil to India and China from the Black Sea and Baltic have been $27-47/barrel depending on the tanker size. I found 2019 reporting for Europe, saying it was more like ~$1/barrel to Rotterdam back then. Sanctions hurt Russia a lot.
