We bounced a radio signal off Venus' surface! On 17+18 Oct the Dwingeloo Radio Telescope transmitted and Astropeiler Stockert received the echoes, 42 million km each way. We decoded a 10-character message from the echo. We're not finished yet: more echos on 24+25 Oct. www.camras.nl/en/blog/2026...

New doppler measurements show that UNNE-1B is not object 100948. The satellite currently sits between obj 100938 and 100909. The GP data for Erminaz-2U, HADES-L and UNNE-1B have not yet been published. @tskelso.bsky.social @planet4589.bsky.social
