I’ve heard people try to justify using gen ai as “just a ref”, and I think it’s the most bullshit thing I’ve ever heard I’m not an artist and even I was able to pull together a rough sketch for my @marcimcadam.bsky.social badge, so there’s really no excuse

I would be so much more willing to accept a rough crayon drawing on some note paper then anything AI.
Show PostOnce again I must remind people: I will NEVER accept any kind of reference that is AI generated. Not only will it get your commission denied immediately, it also has a good chance of getting you blacklisted from my commissions. Why would I work with someone who values art so little?
