Feeling isolated has been really hard, but its given me time to think about what I really want in my friendships going forward. I don't think I fear loneliness like I used to. That makes it a lot easier to be discerning about the kind of people I want to get closer to.
Show PostI retreated from a lot of social spaces this year because I wasn't finding what I was looking for. My life became very small, and I dedicated most of my time to focus on what was important to me. Now that some of these things have come to an end, I'm feeling more motivated to expand my life again.
