I think I'll freeze a lot of it, if I can get it all cleaned and blanched fast enough. Tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and celery to freeze and cook with later. Pumpkins to roast and maybe make custard (crustless pie) or maybe to eat as a vegetable, not sure yet. Broccoli tonight. 1/2
