I made the announcement to the whole team today and now there’s more crying. Actually we’ve been crying all day. They’re freaking out and don’t know what they’re gonna do without me and I feel so bad I’m causing all this sadness and stress by leaving. Why couldn’t I just have non-sucky leaders? 😭
