I quit vaping, reduced caffeine, started low salt and sugar diets. Changed my snacking habits. Started long walks and just started running instead. I feel really good. I still have a treat too as to not make myself miserable. But I’m making much healthier choices. (2/2)

Good news everyone. In June, I was told by a doctor I had Elevated Blood Pressure and it was just under High meaning I would have to take meds if I didn’t sort it. As of this week, I’m back into Healthy Blood Pressure. Still got a ways to go, but proud of the work! (1/2)
