The Cunliffe report finds 'no causal link between ownership and performance'. 🧐Can't have been looking very far! Scottish Water is publicly owned. Bills £113 cheaper. More money invested in infrastructure. 🌎90% of water in the world is in public hands. It's time ours was too.
