I love it when a diabetic patient gets new insurance effective January 1 and they’re sending me letters by January 10 because the patient hasn’t filled a statin yet - because they filled a 90 day supply in November. This is how insurers “improve patient outcomes”, right?

My MA tried to call an insurer today to get a prior authorization for a scan to rule out a kidney stone after more than a week in pain. The number on the card had been disconnected. You cannot make this stuff up.

WTH has instagram done. Apparently you can no longer just dial down the volume to an imperceptible level and watch reels?! That’s like 90% of what I do on instagram.
