i truly do not understand how they think they'll "regulate" the big techs by... providing them with everyone's personal information, documents and bank account details? what?

i really do not want this to happen as it basically means the end of the internet as we know it for every brazilian since they're requiring that every single service provider on the internet add their own "verification" and obviously only the big techs will be able to do this "properly"

brazil is on the way of implementing a similar age-verification system to the uk that is """for the children""" and if that ends up happening i'll have to shut down deck.blue i'm operating under brazilian laws and i don't want to build a verification system that will do more harm than anything else
