A very lovely few hours this afternoon at the London Festival of Railway Modelling. I may have spent a bit more of my pocket money than I intended! Some fantastic layouts especially the 1980s/1990s British Rail ones that brought back a lot of memories.

As there's the STP guy reviewing puddings, I'm wondering whether there is a gap in the market for onion soup reviews. This one had a great depth of flavour. The Cantal cheese made a nice change, but I wasn't sure that the spring onion garnish was entirely necessary. It was delicious though! 🇫🇷
